Within the EU

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. Returns must be requested in advance.

Return shipping costs are not covered by Mashé.

- Returned items must:

- Be carefully packaged

- Be in good, resellable condition

- Include the original MASHÉ labels

Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for a refund.

Outside the EU

All sales outside the European Union are final. Returns from outside the EU are not accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Check your order upon receipt. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Important

Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number. If the return is lost in transit, this is the only valid proof that the package was sent.
