If the item you buy from us does not fit or for any other reason, you can return it to our address. Orders can be returned within 14 days and we will refund your money. Return costs are not covered by MASHÉ.

All products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

- All products must be unworn and unwashed.

- Make sure the item is well packed, for example in waterproof packaging or in a box with tap.

- All products must have the original MASHÉ labels.

- Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded/exchanged and may be sent back to you.

- Returns outside Europe will not be accepted.

- For hygiene reasons, underwear, bodysuits, swimwear, face masks, piercings and earplugs cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

- Please keep the proof of shipment (tracking number). Should the shipment get lost, there is still proof that the return was sent.
